About Kerry:
Kerry is a committed Christian, and holds strong values of integrity, honesty, and helping other people. His work experience includes;
- several years as a firefighter, responding to emergencies and protecting people
- many years in a government legal environment where principles of ethical conduct, and superior customer service were necessary personal attributes.
More recently Kerry's work activities have included the provision of IT helpdesk support, computer consulting, web design and development and teaching.
He holds the following qualifications;
- Diploma in E-Commerce
- CIW Master Designer certification
- Microsoft Certified Professional in Windows 2000 Professional
- Certifcate IV Workplace Assessment & Training
About Andrew:
Andrew has been involved in Customer Service rolls for several years at various levels. He gets a great deal of satisfaction in resolving issues for clients and providing them with options.
Andrew enjoys the challenge of computers and the resolving of coding issues that arise from time to time with the development of websites. He also has the attitude that coding issues can be resolved and will do what is necessary to resolve the issue.
Outside of the computing world, Andrew enjoys the sport of cycling and has been on several long distance events to raise money for various charities such as CanTeen, Camp Quality and Multiple Sclerosis.
More recently Andrew's work activities have included
